在ZL401合金凝固过程中施以电磁搅拌,并改变搅拌温度和励磁电压;对凝固后的合金进行组织观察和性能测试。结果表明:电磁搅拌能明显细化组织。当励磁电压由0升高至90V时,合金的晶粒越来越细,硬度及耐磨性随之提高;当搅拌温度由700℃升至730℃时,合金的凝固组织先细化而后变得粗大,硬度和耐磨性先增大后下降;当搅拌温度为720℃,励磁电压为90V时,制得的合金性能最好。
During the solidification of ZL401 alloy, electromagnetic stirring was applied and the stirring temperature and excitation voltage were changed. The microstructure and properties of the solidified alloy were observed. The results show that: electromagnetic stirring can significantly refine the organization. When the excitation voltage is increased from 0 to 90V, the grain size of the alloy becomes smaller and the hardness and wear resistance increase. When the stirring temperature rises from 700 ℃ to 730 ℃, the solidified microstructure of the alloy is refined first and then changes The coarseness, hardness and wear resistance first increase and then decrease; when the stirring temperature is 720 ℃ and the excitation voltage is 90V, the prepared alloy has the best performance.
