碱性体系中Zr-ZSM-5型分子筛已有报道。本文在微酸性氟离子体系中,首次水热晶化出Zr-ZSM-5型分子筛。晶胞参数测定、红外光谱和X射线电子探针均证明锆取代硅而进入分子筛骨架。 1 实验部分 1.1 主要原料和仪器 正硅酸乙酯,氯氧化锆,四丙基溴化铵;日本理学D/MAX ⅢA型X射线衍射仪和TG-DTA分析仪,日立HITACHI-650型扫描电镜,Perkin-Elmer983型红外光谱仪。
Alkaline Zr-ZSM-5 molecular sieve has been reported. In the slightly acidic fluoride system, the first hydrothermal crystallization of Zr-ZSM-5 molecular sieve. Determination of unit cell parameters, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray electron probe proved that zirconium substituted silicon into the molecular sieve framework. 1 Experimental 1.1 The main raw materials and equipment Ethyl orthosilicate, zirconium oxychloride, tetrapropylammonium bromide; Japan’s Rigaku D / MAX Ⅲ A type X-ray diffraction and TG-DTA analyzer, Hitachi HITACHI-650 scanning electron microscope Perkin-Elmer Model 983 infrared spectrometer.
