One day, I asked an intern to send me a copy of material to go to the superior department. Half a day has passed without reply. Until the afternoon I met him in the elevator and asked him if the material was delivered. He said it was delivered. I asked him if he had any feedback. He said that I did not let him find someone. He was sent by someone else in the office. I heard, three words immediately appeared in my mind - do not fly. Do you want to say that such a small thing, do not reply is not reliable, is not too arbitrary? I remembered when I first entered the work, someone explained to me, there are difficulties, often do not finish the reply, Has completed the general will not reply, I feel anyway, the work has been completed, such a trifle no need to reply. At that time, no one blamed me for that. Only then did I strongly feel the importance of “getting things done” when I started to delegate or commanded others to do something.
