采用多种柱色谱分离技术从昌都锦鸡儿根茎木部心材的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个异黄酮类化合物。通过波谱数据分析及与文献对照鉴定其结构分别为7,2’-二羟基-8,4’-二甲氧基异黄酮(1),4’-羟基-7,3’-二甲氧基异黄酮(2),5,7,4’-三羟基-2’,5’-二甲氧基异黄酮(3),樱黄素(4),阿夫罗摩辛(5),奥刀拉亭(6),染料木素(7),蓝花赝靛素(8),红车轴草素(9),6,7,3’-三羟基-4’-甲氧基异黄酮(10)。其中,化合物1~3,9~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。体外活性测试结果显示化合物1,2,6,7具有一定的抑制大鼠巨噬细胞NO生成活性,其IC50分别为48.12,25.32,62.71,43.59μmol·L-1。
A total of 10 isoflavonoids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the caragana heartwood of Chamaecchiktonia using various column chromatographic techniques. Their structures were identified as 7,2’-dihydroxy-8,4’-dimethoxyisoflavone (1), 4’-hydroxy-7,3’-dimethoxy Isoflavone (2), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-2 ’, 5’-dimethoxyisoflavone (3), yinbuterin (4), Avrolence (5) Lanthan (6), Genistein (7), Cyanobacteria (8), Cyclofavine (9), 6,7,3’-Trihydroxy-4’-methoxyisoflavone ). Among them, compounds 1 ~ 3 and 9 ~ 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. In vitro activity test results showed that compounds 1,2,6,7 have a certain inhibitory effect on NO production in rat macrophages with IC50 values of 48.12, 25.32, 62.71 and 43.59μmol·L-1, respectively.
