中国古代茶业技术形成时期的唐五代茶业技术是中国古代茶产业尤其是唐五代茶产业发展的结晶。从唐五代对茶树生物学特性的认识、茶树栽培和茶园管理技术、茶叶采摘和制造技术、茶叶贮藏和饮用技术诸方面看,这一时期的茶业技术已经形成了较为完整的茶业技术体系。这些技术主要体现并保存在《茶经》、《四时纂要》等有关茶业著作中,对后世产生过深远影响,值得好好挖掘和继承。
The tea industry in the Tang and the Five Dynasties during the formation of ancient Chinese tea technology was the crystallization of the tea industry in ancient China and especially the tea industry in the Tang and the Five Dynasties. From the Tang and the Five Dynasties understanding of the biological characteristics of tea trees, tea cultivation and management technology of tea gardens, tea picking and manufacturing technology, tea storage and drinking technology aspects, the tea industry during this period has formed a relatively complete technical system of tea industry . These techniques are mainly embodied and preserved in the tea works such as The Book of Tea, The Four Short Poems and so on, which have had far-reaching impact on future generations and are worth digging and inheriting.
