目的:研究广西莪术4种不同炮制品超微粉碎前后对其中牻牛儿酮含量的影响。方法:超微细粉的制备采用低温(-30±2)℃球磨技术,磨细至1.0~2.0μm尺寸;采用HPLC,色谱柱大连依利特Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(65∶35);紫外检测波长为210 nm。结果:不同炮制品超微细粉中牻牛儿酮的含量在粒径为75~53μm的普通粉末较高,而粒径为1.0~2.0μm的莪术超细粉末含量明显降低。结论:超微细粉的粒径对广西莪术炮制品中牻牛儿酮含量有明显影响,含量并不随粒度的减小而增加,为广西莪术不同炮制品提取工艺提供试验参考数据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the four kinds of processed products of Curcuma zedoaria on the contents of yakurone before and after ultrafine pulverization. Methods: The preparation of ultrafine powder was carried out at a low temperature (-30±2) °C ball milling technique, and then ground to a size of 1.0-2.0 μm. The HPLC column was Hyperlithic ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase acetonitrile-water (65:35); UV detection wavelength 210 nm. Results: The content of geranyl ketone in ultrafine powders of different processed products was higher in ordinary powders with a particle size of 75-53 μm, and the content of ultrafine powders of Curcuma powder with diameters of 1.0-2.0 μm was significantly reduced. Conclusion: The particle size of ultrafine powder has a significant effect on the content of geraniol in Guangxi Curcuma zedoaria, and the content does not increase with the decrease of particle size. It provides experimental reference data for the extraction process of different processed products of Guangxi Ezhu.
