伴下切牙先天缺失的错(牙合)畸形是临床工作中常见的类型,可导致咬合关系紊乱,前牙覆(牙合)覆盖关系异常,上下中线不正,牙列间隙,上下牙列Bolton指数不调等,给患者带来功能及美观上的影响.如在早期未得到矫治,成年后常伴随成人牙周炎,将使畸形复杂化,给矫治带来困难.因此,伴下切牙先天缺失的错(牙合)畸形应积极矫治.本研究通过对下颌切牙先天缺失患者的治疗进行回顾性分析,以期为临床诊疗提供参考依据.
