本文对从烟草叶中提取绿原酸的热回流及超声波辅助提取技术进行了过程参数优化。建立了两种方法的操作条件,提取溶剂及提取率的优化过程。尽管甲醇作为溶剂进行热回流提取时效率较高,但是提取物中有溶剂成分残留。为了克服这个缺点,采用了一种新的以水为溶剂的超声波辅助提取技术,同时提出了一种小容量溶剂的提取方法,以提高干烟草叶中绿原酸的溶出率。这一超声波辅助提取过程的结果令人满意。
In this paper, the process parameters were optimized for the thermal reflux and ultrasonic assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from tobacco leaves. The operating conditions of the two methods were established, and the optimization of extraction solvent and extraction rate was established. Although methanol is more efficient when subjected to heat reflux extraction as a solvent, the solvent components remain in the extract. In order to overcome this shortcoming, a new water-based ultrasonic assisted extraction technique was adopted. At the same time, a small-capacity solvent extraction method was proposed to improve the dissolution rate of chlorogenic acid in dried tobacco leaves. The results of this ultrasound-assisted extraction are satisfactory.
