用NADPH-d组织化学方法,观察和比较了室旁核内一氧化氮合酶在听源性惊厥易感大鼠和正常Wistar大鼠下丘脑室旁核的分布和变化.结果显示:在惊厥发作的大鼠,室旁核内一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的光密度值明显高于非惊厥发作的听源性惊厥易感大鼠和正常Wistar大鼠。提示室旁核内的一氧化氮可能参与了惊厥应答过程。
NADPH-d histochemistry was used to observe and compare the distribution and changes of nitric oxide synthase in the paraventricular nucleus in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus in both obtrusive and normal Wistar rats with auditory seizures.The results showed that in the convulsions In the seizure rats, the optical density of nitric oxide synthase positive neurons in the paraventricular nucleus was significantly higher than that in non-convulsive seizures of susceptible and obese Wistar rats. Suggesting that nitric oxide in the paraventricular nucleus may be involved in the convulsive response process.
