随着我国各方面的迅速发展和较为全面的跨文化合作,中国社会对专业技术型英语的需求也正在逐步增加。专业技术英语的学习在当代高等教育,特别是技术应用型高等教育中应该得到重视。本文从学习环境,学习动机,对英语学习能力的自我评价等方面,分析了学生对技术英语的学习兴趣及需求,并对如何更好地开展地方本科院校非英语专业技术英教学语提出了可行性建议。
With the rapid development of all fields in our country and the more comprehensive cross-cultural cooperation, the demand of Chinese society for professional technical English is also gradually increasing. The study of professional technical English should be emphasized in contemporary higher education, especially in applied technology. This paper analyzes students’ interest in learning English and their needs in terms of learning environment, motivation of learning and self-evaluation of English learning ability, and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out English teaching of non-English majors in local universities better Feasibility advice.
