<正> 紫云膏的配剂: 中藥紫云膏原来的成份是紫草一兩,当归一兩,胡麻油一升,黄臘五兩,配制成軟羔样的膏剂。其制法是先煮胡麻油、去水分,加黄臘熔后,再入当归,熬至焦枯后去渣;再加紫草,俟成紫赤色,卽过濾、去渣,待冷、卽成,当时因为胡麻油和黄臘未能及时購到,就改用凡士林代替胡麻油和黄臘,制成軟羔备用。紫云膏的用法: 先将患者的創面和四周皮肤进行清洁,以预先攤好的紫云膏紗布,貼于潰瘍的冻瘡上,用膠布或細带固定,每天換藥一次。
