病历摘要:李××,男患,30岁,已婚。于1985年6月26日,以阴茎异常勃起,伴发热、疼癌30个小时,由急诊入泌尿外科,行阴茎海绵体与尿道海绵体分流术。术后经内科会诊转入血液病房。该患于1985年5月份起,自觉上腹部胀满、疼痛,触及肿块逐渐增大。无明显出血及发热,无骨骼疼痛。一个月前曾有4次阴茎异常勃起,持续2～3个小时后自行缓解。
