目的:探讨甲状旁腺激素(PARATHYROID HORMONE,PTH) 对人牙乳头间充质细胞生物学特性的影响.方法:放射免疫学方法.结果:PTH 在1 ~5MIN 内可增加人牙乳头间充质细胞CAMP 合成,且有浓度依赖性;单独加入0.2M MOL/L 异丁基甲基黄嘌呤(IBMX) 后,对CAMP含量的影响很小;加入0.2M MOL/LIBMX+PTH 后,CAMP含量比单独加入PTH 增加更加显著,作用可持续15MIN .结论:PTH 有可能通过增强人牙乳头间充质细胞内CAMP合成,影响细胞其它的生物学特性.“,”Aim: To investigate the effects of parathyroid hormone(PTH) on biological characters of human dental papilla mesenchymal(DPM) cells. Methods: Radioimmunoassay. Results: Addition of PTH resulted in a transitory increase of intracellular cAMP content within 1 to 5 min. Isobutyl methylxanthine(IBMX) alone had no effect on the cAMP level. When PTH was added to the cells in the presence of IBMX, the intracellular cAMP level increased rapidly within 1 to 15 min. Conclusions: These results suggested that PTH affected biological characters by increasing the intracellular cAMP content of cultured human DPM cells.
