针对目前缺乏对门控心血池图像进行室壁运动和心脏功能进行定量分析的方法,提出一种新的研究方法:对门控心血池投影数据进行三维重建,得到心周期中不同时相的断层图像组;然后针对每个断层对各个时相的图像进行时间域的Fourier分析,得出心血池的三维幅度图像和相位图像,从中提取有关病人室壁运动和心脏功能的各种定量信息。显示出来的二维形式的相位图像和幅度图像具有良好的质量和较低的噪声。这种方法可以用来对左心室的收缩性和同步性进行三维的定量评估。
