近10年来曾有关于血管扩张剂治疗原发性肺动脉高压的报道,但因缺乏足够的对照资料,故甚难肯定其疗效。本文评价23例原发性肺动脉高压病人接受血管扩张剂治疗,并随访其临床病程或生存期。方法:23例原因不明的肺动脉高压病人,男性7例,女性16例,年龄11～61岁,平均38±15岁,均排除了继发性肺动脉高压。全部病人进行心导管 In the past 10 years, vasodilators have been reported for the treatment of primary pulmonary hypertension, but due to the lack of adequate control data, it is difficult to confirm its efficacy. This article evaluates 23 patients with primary pulmonary hypertension treated by vasodilators, and follow-up of its clinical course or survival. Methods: Twenty-three patients with unexplained pulmonary hypertension, including 7 males and 16 females, aged from 11 to 61 years with an average age of 38 ± 15 years, all excluded secondary pulmonary hypertension. All patients underwent cardiac catheterization
