建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法测定白凡士林中的多环芳烃(PAHs)。白凡士林样品经正己烷溶解后,用二甲亚砜萃取,向提取液中加入6%氯化钠水溶液后,再用正己烷反萃取,浓缩后采用GC-MS/MS法检测。气相色谱采用Rxi-5Sil MS毛细管柱,程序升温,进样口温度250℃。质谱采用电子轰击(EI)离子源,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。在相应浓度范围内,16种PAHs的峰面积和浓度的线性关系良好,定量限为103~389 pg/ml,回收率为70.12%~104.81%。本法灵敏、专属性强,适用于白凡士林中PAHs的检测。
A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in white petrolatum was established by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. After the white petrolatum sample was dissolved in n-hexane, it was extracted with dimethylsulfoxide. After 6% sodium chloride solution was added to the extract, the sample was back-extracted with n-hexane, and concentrated by GC-MS / MS. Gas chromatography using Rxi-5Sil MS capillary column, the program temperature, inlet temperature 250 ℃. Mass spectrometry was performed using the Electron Impact (EI) ion source in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The linear relationship between peak area and concentration of 16 PAHs was good at the corresponding concentration range, with the limit of quantification of 103 ~ 389 pg / ml and the recovery of 70.12% ~ 104.81%. Sensitive to the law, special and strong, suitable for PAHs in white petrolatum testing.
