用外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变(双+环)和微核的剂量效应曲线估算了5例受~(60)Co γ线事故照射病人的生物剂量。结果表明,在照后早期,用上述两种方法估算的剂量与物理剂量基本一致。尤其对较均匀照射的3例(A、B和E)“双十环”剂量与物理剂量相当吻合,同时发现,用微核率估算的剂量偏高。本文对上述结果进行了讨论。
The dose-response curve of chromosomal aberrations (double + ring) and micronucleus of peripheral blood lymphocytes was used to estimate the biological dose of 5 patients irradiated by ~ (60) Co γ ray accident. The results showed that the dose estimated by the above two methods was basically the same as the physical dose in the early period after irradiation. Especially for the more uniform irradiation of 3 cases (A, B and E) “double Shihuan” dose and physical dose quite consistent, also found that the use of micronuclei rate estimated dose is high. This article discusses the above results.
