一九八二年九月,文化部、中国音乐家协会中国民族音乐集成编辑办公室发出了编辑《中国民族、民间器乐曲集成》的通知之后,我们在廊坊地区宣传部及文化局的领导下,有组织地对全地区的民间器乐状况进行了全面的普查。在普查过程中于安次县、杨税务公社、军芦村发现了义和团为配合反侵略的战斗而建立的吹奏乐队及其编写的乐曲。这些乐曲在廊坊战役中曾经起过重大作用。是中国近代音乐史上极为有意义的篇章。现写成初步报告,供大家做更深一步的研究。
In September 1982, after the Ministry of Culture and China Musicians’ Association, the Office of Integrated Editing of Chinese Ethnic Music, issued a notice on editing the “Integration of Chinese Nationalities and Folk Instruments”, under the leadership of the Propaganda Department and Cultural Bureau of Langfang Region, Organized a comprehensive survey of the state of folk instrumental music in the entire region. In the course of the census, music bands and songs written by the Boxers in response to the anti-aggression war were found in Anzixian, Yangz tax office and Junlu village. These pieces of music played a major role in the Langfang campaign. It is a very meaningful chapter in the history of modern Chinese music.
