本文对我院5年来住院760例死亡病案进行统计分析,探讨其死因顺位、年龄构成、性别等死亡原因情况,以提高防病治病的认识。1资料来源及方法收集我院1993年1月1日至1997年12月31日死亡登记、统计报表及住院死亡病案。死因分类按ICD—9国际疾病分类,并同时确定一个主要致死疾病。2 This article analyzes the 760 cases of deaths hospitalized in our hospital over the past five years, and discusses the causes of death, such as the cause of death, age, and gender, in order to increase awareness of prevention and treatment. 1 Sources and methods of data collection The death registration, statistical statements, and in-hospital mortality cases of our hospital from January 1, 1993 to December 31, 1997 were collected.
