职校教师在职业教育发展中发挥着极其重要的作用。关注职校教师的工作态度与价值观,认识、理解他们的自我评价以及对职业学校发展现状的评价,对提高职业教育质量和社会地位具有重要意义。本文通过对589名在职职校教师的调查发现,超过6成的职校教师对职校教师的职业声望与社会地位持肯定态度;有超过6成的职校教师自评薪酬较低;而职校教师的职业声望与其薪酬和自身素质也有显著的关系。与普通学校相比,相当多的职校教师认为,职业学校在工资、学生素质、社会评价及工作环境等方面都不如普通学校。因此,大力发展职业教育,需要全面落实职业教育的政策,切实提高职校教师待遇。
Vocational school teachers play an extremely important role in the development of vocational education. Concerned about the work attitude and values of vocational school teachers, understanding and understanding their self-evaluation and evaluation of the status quo of vocational schools are of great significance to improving the quality and social status of vocational education. A survey of 589 serving teachers shows that more than 60% of the teachers in vocational schools hold a positive attitude toward the occupational prestige and social status of teachers in vocational schools. More than 60% of the teachers in the vocational schools have a lower self-assessment pay. The professional prestige of school teachers also has a significant relationship with their salary and their own quality. Compared with ordinary schools, a considerable number of vocational school teachers think that vocational schools are not as good as ordinary schools in terms of salary, student quality, social evaluation and work environment. Therefore, to develop vocational education vigorously, we need to fully implement the policy of vocational education and effectively improve the treatment of vocational school teachers.
