目前国内外在激光加工中普遍应用的数控系统是一种专用型、封闭式的系统 ,无法适应现代高柔性、低成本的加工要求。因此 ,本文研制了一种基于工业PC的开放式多功能激光加工数控系统 ,以通用的Windows操作系统作为开发平台 ,同时具有硬件和软件的开放性。该系统具有如下特色 :设计了编程专家系统 ,使用者无需学习G代码和PMAC卡宏指令即可编程 ;通过自动编程系统可将激光切割的CAD图形自动转换为加工代码 ,并可自动选择最佳切割顺序 ,保证最短空程路径 ;提出了一种PID全离线检测方案 ,大大加速了激光加工机多轴控制参数的调节和优化进程。该数控系统已成功地应用于激光切割、焊接、表面处理、快速直接制造等多种激光加工。
At present, the CNC system commonly used in laser processing both at home and abroad is a special-purpose and closed system that can not meet the requirements of modern high-flexibility and low-cost processing. Therefore, this paper developed an open multi-function CNC laser-based CNC system based on industrial PC, with a common Windows operating system as a development platform, at the same time has the hardware and software openness. The system has the following features: A programming expert system is designed so that users can program without learning G code and PMAC card macros; automatically convert laser-cut CAD graphics to machining code and automatically select the best Cutting order to ensure the shortest path; proposed a PID full offline detection scheme, greatly accelerating the laser processing machine multi-axis control parameters adjustment and optimization process. The CNC system has been successfully used in laser cutting, welding, surface treatment, rapid direct manufacturing and other laser processing.
