随着微电子科研技术的日益发展与进步,仿真智能小车已经具备了很高的研究与开发潜力。本次设计的主要目标为:设计出以IAP15F2K61S2单片机芯片为控制核心的具备红外周波遥控、光电测速、液晶实时显示以及电量检测报警功能的智能小车。其中,TCRT5000光电测速器采用测量码盘透光数的方法,实现了小车的测速功能。经过反复修改调试后,小车在实现了预期功能的基础上,具备了很高的稳定性、灵敏性及可靠性。
With the development and progress of microelectronics research and development technology, intelligent simulation car already has a high research and development potential. The main goal of this design is to design an intelligent trolley with IOP15F2K61S2 microcontroller chip as the control center, which is equipped with infrared frequency remote control, photoelectric speed detection, real-time display of liquid crystal and power detection alarm. Among them, TCRT5000 photoelectric tachometer used to measure the number of encoder light transmission method to achieve the car’s speed measurement function. After repeated modifications and adjustments, the car has achieved high stability, sensitivity and reliability on the basis of realizing the expected functions.
