随着新课程改革步伐的加快,其在教学与学习方式上掀起了革命性的改变,尤其高中化学教学中学生自主管理能力培养更为突出,总结培养学生自主管理能力的策略与经验,为之提出建议性的意见。本研究采用查阅相关书籍、文献和问卷调查法了解、收集研究现状与数据,并结合软件分析。调查高中生自主管理能力的现状及存在的问题,从而研究适宜的教学策略助于培养学生的自主管理能力,同时展示化学学科中教与学过程中形成自主管理能力的实践过程。
With the accelerated pace of the new curriculum reform, it has revolutionized the way of teaching and learning. In particular, the cultivation of self-management ability of students in senior high school chemistry teaching has become more prominent. The strategies and experiences in cultivating students’ self-management ability have been summarized and put forward Suggestive comments. In this study, the relevant books, documents and questionnaires were used to understand and collect research status and data, combined with software analysis. Investigate the current situation and existing problems of self-management ability of senior high school students, and then study appropriate teaching strategies to help students develop self-management skills. Meanwhile, it also shows the practice process of self-management ability in chemistry teaching.
