目的:探讨责任制护理模式在妇产科中的应用效果,以提高护理管理水平。方法:选取金华市中医医院638例妇产科的孕产妇为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(319例)和对照组(319例)两组,其中对照组采用功能护理模式进行护理,观察组采用责任护理模式进行护理,观察两组孕产妇相关知识的掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果:两组孕产妇健康知识掌握情况比较,观察组孕产妇健康知识完全掌握、部分掌握、没掌握占比明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。两组孕产妇满意度比较,观察组采用责任制护理模式的满意度、一般满意、不满意占比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:责任制护理模式在妇产科护理中的应用效果显著,明显提高了孕产妇对健康教育知识的掌握情况,促进了医孕产妇关系,提高了孕产妇的满意度。 Objective: To explore the application of the responsibility-based nursing model in obstetrics and gynecology to improve nursing management. Methods: 638 cases of maternity and obstetrics in Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (319 cases) and control group (319 cases). The control group was nursing with functional nursing mode.
