目的:探讨OPAL树脂直接用于后牙充填的可行性。方法:选择30颗口腔外科拔除的离体无龋磨牙制备Ⅰ类洞型,随机平均分成A、B、C三组,分别用银汞合金、OPAL树脂、普通光固化复合树脂三种充填材料充填,待完全固化后,在等速前提下,加载力量至充填体折裂,用测力仪测试,记录并分析比较各种充填材料折裂瞬间的强度数值。结果:银汞合金充填组的抗压强度最高,其次是OPAL树脂充填组,普通光固化复合树脂充填组抗压强度最小。结论:OPAL树脂是一种值得临床推广的后牙充填材料。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of using OPAL resin directly for filling of posterior teeth. Methods: Thirty caves of dental caries extracted from oral surgery were randomly divided into three groups: group A, group B and group C, and were filled with three kinds of filling materials, silver amalgam, OPAL resin and ordinary light curing compound resin respectively , To be fully cured, at constant velocity under the premise of loading force to the filling body fracture, measured with a dynamometer, record and analyze the strength of a variety of filling material moment of fracture strength. Results: The compressive strength of the amalgam filling group was the highest, followed by the OPAL resin filling group, while the compressive strength of the ordinary light curing composite resin filling group was the lowest. Conclusion: OPAL resin is a worthwhile clinical promotion of posterior teeth filling material.
