可溶性钡盐毒性较大,人的口服致死量约为0.8g.我国有的地区自然水中含有可溶性钡盐,食用过量会引起中毒。为了确保野外工作人员的饮水安全,需要一种灵敏、简便的钡离子检定方法。我们经过研究建立了一种改进的玫瑰红酸钠检定饮水中钡离子的方法,灵敏度可达2μg/ml,能满足实际需要,方法灵敏、可靠,操作简便、快速。其原理系水中的钡离子在弱酸溶液中同玫瑰红酸钠生成玫瑰红酸钡沉淀,然后用氯仿作为浮选剂进行浮选、浓缩,则在水溶液与有机溶剂的界面间形成一层红色的玫瑰红酸钡薄膜,可目视直接观察。本文用酷酸代替矿物酸,严格限制反应液的pH值;用固体玫瑰红酸钠代替本试剂的溶液,提高了灵敏度。
