为解决加工混合高酸原油电脱盐时原油乳化、原油电导率高和脱盐率不合格问题,通过模拟实验对破乳剂和电脱盐工艺条件进行了研究,得出了最佳条件:采用三级电脱盐,每级注破乳剂30μg/g,注水6%,混合150次,前两级每级注降电流剂50μg/g,电场强度为800 V/cm,第三级电场强度为1 000 V/cm。实验结果表明,在此条件下原油脱后盐的质量浓度小于3 mg/L,水的质量分数小于0.3%。
In order to solve the problem of crude oil emulsification, high conductivity of crude oil and unqualified rate of salt rejection during the process of electric desalination of mixed high acid crude oil, the conditions of demulsifier and electric desalination were studied through simulation experiments. The optimum conditions were obtained: Desalting, 30μg / g injection emulsion at each stage, water injection 6%, mixing 150 times, the first two stages of each of the current injection 50μg / g, the electric field strength of 800 V / cm, the third field strength of 1 000 V / cm. The experimental results show that the mass concentration of desalted crude oil under this condition is less than 3 mg / L and the mass fraction of water is less than 0.3%.
