目的:探讨人尿激肽原酶(尤瑞克林)注射液对急性脑梗死患者治疗效果及血清基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metal proteinase-9,MMP-9)水平的影响。方法:选取2013年1月至2014年2月我院神经内科收治的100例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用尤瑞克林注射液进行治疗,治疗后比较两组患者疗效,分别对两组患者治疗前后进行神经功能缺损情况评定(采用NIHSS评分法)、运动功能评定(采用SFMA评分法)、日常生活活动能力评定(采用Barthel评分法),并比较两组患者治疗前后血清MMP-9的水平。结果:3个月时进行神经功能评分,观察组治疗有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组组82.00%的治疗有效率;治疗前两组患者NIHSS、SFMA、BI评分差异无统计学意义,治疗后较治疗前均有显著改善,观察组NIHSS、SFMA、BI评分改善程度明显优于对照组;治疗前两组患者MMP-9值差异无统计学意义,治疗后2周时较治疗前均有显著改善,观察组改善程度明显优于对照组。结论:尤瑞克林注射液治疗急性脑梗死可改善患者神经功能缺损情况,提高患者运动功能和日常生活功能,可显著降低MMP-9水平,明显提高患者治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of human urokinase (Urelin) injection on the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the serum level of matrix metal proteinase-9 (MMP-9). Methods: A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from January 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated by conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with uricin injection on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. The neurological deficits were evaluated before and after treatment NIHSS score), assessment of motor function (by SFMA score), assessment of activities of daily living (using Barthel score), and compare the level of serum MMP-9 before and after treatment. Results: The neurological function score was observed at 3 months. The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.00%. There was no significant difference in NIHSS, SFMA and BI scores between the two groups before treatment, The scores of NIHSS, SFMA and BI in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment. There was no significant difference in MMP-9 between the two groups before treatment There was a significant improvement, the observation group improved significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Urelin can improve the neurological deficit and improve the motor function and daily life of patients. It can significantly reduce the level of MMP-9 and improve the therapeutic effect of the patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
