肝脏是人体内的最大腺体,承人体内承担着多种多样的功能:(1)承担着体内糖类、脂类、蛋白质等代谢的重要作用;(2)还担负着分泌、排池、生物转化等功能。和肝脏在结构和化学组成上密切相关:(1)具备肝动脉和肝门静脉双重血液供应;(2)有丰富的血窦,提供了物质代谢的良好代谢条件;(3)有两条输出通路:血液循环和胆汁途径;(4)肝细胞中有丰富的酶,目前已知的约数百种~[1]。因此在人体代谢、生长、发育中,肝脏充当着重要角色。
