团基层组织的活力直接影响共青团的凝聚力、向心力和影响力。本文旨在对南通大学的基层团组织活力问题进行调查并给出相应的对策。对南通大学24个学院的同学进行随机抽样调查,调查结果显示有部分同学的团员意识淡薄,缺乏归属感;需求多样化,学校未能满足。根据问卷中反映出的问题,小组成员进行了大量的思考与探索,最终确定可通过“加强思想引导,强化意识形态;增强支部活力,丰富支部活动形式;大力推进”班团一体化“改革的途径提高基层团组织的活力。
The vitality of grassroots organizations directly affects the cohesion, centripetal force and influence of the Communist Youth League. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the vitality of grassroots organizations in Nantong University and give corresponding countermeasures. A random sample of students from 24 colleges in Nantong University showed that some of their fellow students had a weak sense of belonging and a lack of sense of belonging.
