目的分析精益管理在手术室腹腔镜设备管理中的应用效果。方法根据医院手术室的具体情况,对腹腔镜设备采取精益管理,建立详细的操作流程并实施5S管理,最后进行四级质量控制保证管理的效果,观察实施精益管理前后腹腔镜手术中设备缺陷以及护士操作缺陷的发生率和医师的满意度。结果精益管理实施后的设备缺陷和护士操作缺陷发生率分别为0.53%和0.27%,明显低于实施前的25.98%和26.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医师对精益管理实施后的满意度为93.33%,明显高于实施前的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益管理可有效地降低腹腔镜手术设备缺陷和护士操作缺陷的发生率,提高医师满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of lean management in operating room laparoscopic equipment management. Methods According to the specific circumstances of the operating room of the hospital, we took lean management of laparoscopic equipment, established a detailed operation procedure and implemented 5S management, and finally carried out quality control of QA to ensure the effectiveness of management. Observe the equipment defects in laparoscopic operation before and after the implementation of lean management and The incidence of nurse operation defects and physician satisfaction. Results After the implementation of lean management, the incidence of equipment defects and nurses’ operation defects were 0.53% and 0.27%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of 25.98% and 26.13% before implementation. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of physicians to the implementation of lean management was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that before implementation (60.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lean management can effectively reduce the incidence of laparoscopic equipment defects and nurse operation defects and improve the physician satisfaction.
