髓外造血(extramedullary hematopoiesis,EMH)以骨髓外出现造血组织为特征,是机体正常造血功能受到破坏或需求增加时,骨髓外的某些组织产生造血功能,以弥补骨髓造血功能的不足。髓外造血是一种少见的病理表现,以瘤样增生形成巨大局部肿块形式的较为少见。近年来,我们诊断2例髓外造血组织瘤样增生,现对其临床及病理特征加以分析,并结合文献复习讨论。
Extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH) is characterized by the appearance of extramedullary hematopoietic tissue, which is the result of the hematopoietic function of certain tissues outside of the bone marrow in order to compensate the hematopoietic function of bone marrow when the normal hematopoietic function is destroyed or the demand is increased. Extramedullary hematopoiesis is a rare pathological manifestation, which is rarer in the form of massive local mass with tumor-like hyperplasia. In recent years, we diagnosed 2 extramedullary hematopoietic tissue tumor-like hyperplasia, now its clinical and pathological features to be analyzed, combined with the literature review and discussion.
