筛查新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症是提高人口素质,降低残疾发生率的重要措施。精确、灵敏、特异的实验方法是做好这项工作的保证。我们在对实验方法进行鉴定之后,应用于大规模筛查工作之前,首先确立了本地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症的筛查切值,为确诊可疑患儿提供了依据,现报道如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 血样采集 在新生儿出生72~96h内,由接产医院产科护士按摩足跟,用75%酒精消毒并晾干后,用一次性采血针刺破皮肤,使血液自然流出,用美国S&S~R903滤纸吸取两个血斑,要求血斑浸透滤纸正反两面,直径在1cm以上,自然晾干后放入专用的塑料中密封4~10℃冰箱保存,10d内送至济宁市妇女儿童医院筛查实验室中检测。
