用一台2kW横向流动连续CO_2激光器进行了激光包覆表面处理。显微分析表明,激光包覆处理能在低质金属材料表面上包覆高性能合金,提高了工件表面耐磨性、抗腐性和抗剥蚀性。
A 2kW lateral flow continuous CO 2 laser was used for laser cladding surface treatment. The microscopic analysis shows that laser cladding can coat high-performance alloy on the surface of low-quality metallic materials, and improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance of the workpiece surface.
