根据我国建筑行业的发展现状来看,民用建设工程、工业建设工程应用较为广泛,矿山建设工程运用较少,且具有一定的特殊性。矿山建设工程项目主要以矿山的地下资源作为生产和经营的对象,其发展主体是朝着地下进行发展。矿山建设工程项目施工管理主要包含施工项目管理、施工成本管理、施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工信息管理、后勤工作管理、施工人员管理、施工安全管理等。
