无论人力资源管理如何发展,都应注重激发员工的积极性和潜能,从而促进他们创造性、主动性的提升,保证企业的正常运行,提高自身的服务质量。当前,就我国企业的人力资源现状来说,如何建立有效的人力资本激励机制成为了摆在相关工作人员面前急需解决的问题。基于此种情况,笔者对我国企业人力资本激励机制相关问题进行了深入的分析,希望能给出一些有价值的建议。
No matter how the development of human resources management, we should focus on stimulating the enthusiasm and potential of staff, so as to promote their creativity and initiative, ensure the normal operation of enterprises and improve their service quality. At present, as far as the current situation of human resources in our country’s enterprises is concerned, how to establish an effective human capital incentive mechanism has become a problem urgently needed to be solved before the relevant staff members. Based on this situation, the author conducted an in-depth analysis of the issues related to the human capital incentive mechanism in China and hoped that it would give some valuable suggestions.
