滚筒杀青烘干加工方法对四倍体金银花药材质量的影响

目的:研究滚筒杀青烘干加工方法对不同品种金银花药材质量的影响。方法:应用高效液相色谱仪Waters1525,采用DIKMA DiamonsilTM-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL.min-1;柱温25℃;检测波长355 nm。结果:滚筒杀青烘干加工的四倍体金银花呈绿色,其绿原酸和木犀草苷质量分数分别为5.31%,0.105%,两者分别显著高出相同加工方法下二倍体的18.0%,32.1%,并且滚筒杀青烘干的四倍体金银花绿原酸含量显著高于四倍体和二倍体金银花的传统自然晒干处理。结论:滚筒杀青烘干方法是适合四倍体金银花的新型干燥方法;在滚筒杀青烘干加工条件下,四倍体金银花药材质量显著优于原亲本二倍体,是值得推广应用的优良品种。 Objective: To study the influence of drum drying method on the quality of honeysuckle medicinal materials of different varieties. Methods: Waters 1525 high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a DIKMA DiamonsilTM-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid 25 ℃; detection wavelength 355 nm. Results: The sterilized tetraploid honeysuckle was green with the mass fraction of chlorogenic acid and luteolin being 5.31% and 0.105%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the diploid under the same processing method by 18.0% 32.1%. The content of chlorogenic acid in tetraploid honeysuckle was significantly higher than that in tetraploid and diploid honeysuckle. Conclusion: Drum drying method is a new type of drying method suitable for tetraploid honeysuckle. The quality of tetraploid honeysuckle is better than that of the original diploid, which is worthy of popularization and application.
