目的 测定活动期类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子 (sICAM) 1、可溶性E 选择素 (sE 选择素 )、白细胞介素 (IL) 1、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、干扰素 (IFN) γ水平 ,探讨sICAM 1、sE 选择素与IL 1、TNF、IFN γ及病情的关系。方法 用酶联免疫分析法 (ELISA)检测 3 0例活动期RA患者与 3 0名正常对照者sICAM 1、sE 选择素、IL 1、TNF、INF γ水平。结果 RA患者血清sICAM 1、sE 选择素、IL 1、TNF、IFN γ水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,sICAM 1与sE 选择素、IL 1、IFN γ水平及类风湿因子 (RF)正相关 ,sE 选择素与IL 1正相关。结论 RA患者血清sICAM 1、sE 选择素、IL 1、TNF、IFN γ水平显著升高 ,ICAM 1及sE 选择素参与RA发病过程 ,sICAM 1可作为判断病情严重性的指标
Objective To determine the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1), soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin), interleukin 1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) Interferon (IFN) γ levels to explore the sICAM 1, sE-selectin and IL 1, TNF, IFN γ and the relationship between the disease. Methods The levels of sICAM 1, sE-selectin, IL 1, TNF and INF γ in 30 patients with active RA and 30 normal controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The serum levels of sICAM 1, sE-selectin, IL 1, TNF and IFN γ in RA patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P 0 01), sICAM 1 and sE selectin, IL 1 and IFN γ levels, and rheumatoid Factors (RF) were positively correlated with sE-selectin and IL-1 positively correlated. Conclusion Serum levels of sICAM 1, sE-selectin, IL 1, TNF and IFN γ are significantly increased in patients with RA. ICAM 1 and sE-selectin are involved in the pathogenesis of RA. SICAM 1 may be used as an indicator of the severity of RA
