目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高呼吸科临床护理带教效果的作用。方法:选取我院呼吸科接收的50例实习护士者,以随机数表抽取法将其分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组给予传统护理带教,观察组在临床护理带教过程中开展品管圈活动,对两组实习护士的带教效果进行对比。结果:观察组实习护士的理论成绩、实操成绩和护理质量评分明显高于对照组,且带教的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸科临床带教过程中开展品管圈活动有利于引导实习护士主动学习,提升其各项成绩,并提高带教满意度,值得在带教过程中广泛推广。
Objective: To explore the role of quality control circle activities in improving the effectiveness of clinical nursing in respiratory department. Methods: Fifty cases of intern nurses received by our department were divided into control group and observation group by random number table extraction method. The control group was given traditional nursing education. The observation group was treated with clinical nursing To carry out quality control activities, the two groups of internship nurses to teach the effect of comparison. Results: The scores of theoretical achievements, practical exercises and nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Conducting QA activities in the clinical teaching of Respiratory Clinic is conducive to guiding active nurse practitioners to learn, improve their performance and improve their satisfaction with teaching. It is worth to be widely promoted in teaching process.
