本文采用六种粮食作物配制成七种液体培养基培养金针菇菌丝体,菌丝生物量经F测验及新复极差测验多重比较,结果表明,菌丝生物产量由大到小依次为:白面标准粉>玉米粉+FA旱地龙>玉米粉>大米>红薯>马铃著>黄豆,其中白面标准粉、玉米粉、大米、红薯之间的菌丝生物产量差异达板显著水平,而玉米粉+FA旱地龙与白面标准粉之间无显著差异,各种培养基pH值在菌丝培养前后天明显变化。
In this paper, six kinds of food crops were formulated into seven kinds of liquid medium to grow Flammulina velutipes mycelium biomass by F test and the new complex difference test multiple comparisons, the results showed that mycelial biological yield from descending order: flour Standard flour> corn flour + FA dry land dragon> corn meal> rice> sweet potato> rapeseed> soybeans, the biological yield difference between the flour of white flour, corn flour, rice and sweet potato reached a significant level, There was no significant difference between dryland and white flour, and the pH values of various mediums changed obviously before and after the hypha culture.
