我国露天矿穿孔爆破技术的发展方向应该在总结矿山生产经验、分析矿产资源特点、参考国外技术动向的基础上,根据国民经济发展的要求确定。 穿孔设备的发展,要在改进钢绳冲击钻机的同时,研究制造一批国外成功应用的潜孔钻机、牙轮钻机、回转钻机和钻车。其中应以潜孔钻机为主。 露天矿应推广铵油炸药,并生产高威力和防水炸药,满足不同矿山条件的需要。浆状炸药是一种有前途的炸药。 应加速推广微差爆破技术、逐步采用斜孔爆破。在一定条件下可以推广空气间隔装药。应进一步寻求更合理的装药结构、如在硬岩中研究不同威力炸药交替连续装药。爆破参数应当适当扩大炮孔鄰近系数、适当增大装药长度。
