1999年是北京地税事业的“素质年”。为了提高全体职工的综合素质,石景山地税局全面启动了“素质工程”。他们的主要做法包括以下几方面: 坚持思想政治工作与税收征管工作有机融合的指导思想。把思想政治教育当成一门科学来抓,正确处理好思想政治工作与中心工作的关系,建立健全思想政治工作“一体化”工作机制。 加强班子建设,提高领导干部素质。要求领导干部前先注重提高自身素质,不能只盯着别人,盯着下属,忘记自已。
1999 is the “year of quality” of Beijing’s local taxation business.
