Human resource management interventions have reported little in improving the performance of health workers in low- and middle-income areas or businesses. HRM interventions can improve the performance of health workers with different outcomes in different work environments. This article analyzes the impact of human data management intervention on improving the performance of health workers, and discusses the causal relationship between them. Explore the role of human resource management interventions in improving the performance of health workers.
