“城市空间本质上是一种产品。”对人类需求满足的充分度决定了空间(产品)价值能否最大化发挥。文章从“人的需求”和“空间属性”入手,提出城市空间价值体系的内涵,辅以法国行程中观察到的“设计使空间价值最大化”的实例,期望对国内的空间设计提供可借鉴和参考的信息。
“Urban space is essentially a product.” The adequacy of satisfaction of human needs determines whether the value of space (product) can be maximized. The article starts with “human needs” and “spatial attributes” and proposes the connotation of the urban space value system, supplemented by examples of “design to maximize space value” observed in the French itinerary.
