我国医疗事业单位的人事管理对于国家医疗机构的工作团队建设,完成国家医疗事业建设起到了积极的促进作用。但是随着社会的发展和人们医疗需求的多样化,传统的医疗事业单位人事管理制度与方法已经跟不上社会发展变化的步伐。在新时期背景下,我国医疗事业单位的人事管理如何面对传统制度带来的问题,采取积极的改革措施,变得尤为重要。本文针对我国医疗事业单位人事管理方面的的实际情况进行了认真分析,并提出了具有可行性的改革方案,希望能够引起医疗事业单位的重视。
Personnel management in medical institutions in our country has played a positive role in promoting the construction of national medical institutions and in completing the construction of national medical undertakings. However, with the development of society and the diversification of people’s medical needs, the personnel management systems and methods in the traditional medical institutions have failed to keep up with the pace of social changes and changes. In the new era background, how the personnel management of medical institutions in our country face the problems caused by the traditional system and take active reform measures has become even more important. In this paper, we carefully analyze the actual situation of personnel management in medical institutions in our country, and propose a feasible reform plan, hoping to attract the attention of medical institutions.
