目的探索路径化健康管理对冠心病患者疾病认知状况及生活质量的影响。方法筛选自2012年1月-2016年5月到医院就诊的107例冠心病患者,按入院先后顺序分为观察组53例,对照组54例。对照组给予常规护理,而观察组使用路径化健康管理。观察两组患者护理前后生理指标、疾病认知及生活质量的变化。结果通过数据显示,观察组患者呼吸困难次数、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作次数优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对疾病的认知度评分高于对照组,两组疾病认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量方面,通过路径化管理,观察组患者的生理机能、情感职能、社会职能、精神状态分均高于对照组,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者实施路径化健康管理效果可观,它可以帮助冠心病患者提高对疾病认知度,并使患者逐步恢复生活质量,保持家庭和谐和睦,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore the impact of path-based health management on cognitive status and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2012 to May 2016, 107 patients with CHD who were admitted to hospital were divided into observation group (53 cases) and control group (54 cases). The control group was given routine care while the observation group used pathological health management. The changes of physiological index, disease cognition and quality of life before and after nursing were observed in two groups of patients. Results The data showed that the frequency of dyspnea, the duration of angina pectoris and the number of angina pectoris patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The cognitive score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference in the cognition of the two groups of diseases (P <0.05). In the aspect of the quality of life, the pathological management was used to observe the patients’ physiological and emotional functions , Social function and mental status were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion The implementation of pathological health management in patients with coronary heart disease has a significant effect. It can help patients with coronary heart disease improve their awareness of the disease, and enable patients to gradually restore the quality of life, and maintain harmony and harmony among families.
