攀枝花选钛厂的粗钛精矿含-0.074mm粒级15%~30%,现采用单一电选的精选流程,存在精选回收率低,电选车间粉尘大的问题。研究的粗钛精矿筛分分级、精粒电选、细粒浮选新型精选流程,采用广州有色金属研究院研制生产的GYX31-1007型高频细筛作筛分设备,筛下物浮选采用改性的塔尔油作捕收剂,获得钛精矿品位47.74%TiO2,精选作业回收率78.13%TiO2的工业试验指标。比同期单一电选的精选作业回收率提高了3.46%,电选车间的粉尘降低了55.73%。
The crude titanium concentrate of Panzhihua Titanium Works contains -0.074mm grain size of 15% to 30%. The selection process of single electrowinning is adopted. There is a problem of low selection recovery rate and large dust in the electrowinning workshop. Research coarse titanium concentrate classification, fine particle electrowinning, fine flotation new selection process, the use of Guangzhou Nonferrous Metals Research Institute developed and produced GYX31-1007 high-frequency fine sieve for screening equipment, under the sieve Float Select the use of modified Talc as collector, to obtain the grade of titanium concentrate 47.74% TiO2, selected operating recovery of 78.13% TiO2 industrial test indicators. The recovery rate of selected operations was 3.46% higher than that of the single electrowinning process in the same period, while the dust in the electrowinning workshop was reduced by 55.73%.
