This paper argues that there are some drawbacks to the traditional performance appraisal, while the performance appraisal based on the advantage analysis focuses on the staff’s superiority identification and can effectively evaluate the organizational performance. The article illustrates the principle and operation procedure of the performance appraisal technology based on advantage analysis in combination with the case.
