本文利用信息测度描述图像边缘特征,并采用典型局部网络CMAC(Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller)完成信息测度至图像边缘的映射;通过预处理和边缘细扫描,提出一种配电系统瓷瓶故障检测的实时临控方案.应用表明其可行性和有效性.
