血清蛋白及蛋白电泳的分析目前已广泛应用于临床急、慢性肝炎及肝硬化的诊断和鉴别诊断。其意义优于 TTT、ZnTT、TFT等试验。但从较多文献资料中看,大都以成人的研究结果为依据。这不但不能应用于小儿,也难以指导小儿肝炎的临床治疗。因此,探讨小儿肝炎时血清蛋白各成分的变化,为临床提供实用的参考依据是十分必要的。本文积累了小儿急性病毒性肝炎急性期122例,恢复期43例血清蛋白电泳的资料,进行了比较分析,整理报告如下。材料和方法对象患儿组:急性期病毒性肝炎122例,男68
